Nonstop AI Solutions (“Nonstop,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides AI setup, automation, and support services for business owners. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how Google user data is handled when a client connects a Google Account.
Information we collect
We may collect contact information, business information, project details, messages you send us, setup-form responses, call notes, files you provide, and technical information needed to provide our services.
Google user data
If you choose to connect a Google Account, Google may provide basic account identity and permissions for requested work across Drive, Calendar and Meet, Forms, Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Gmail. Accounts connected before July 31, 2026 may retain previously authorized read-only YouTube access until that permission is revoked; new standard Workspace connections do not request YouTube access. Google permissions can cover a broader set of actions than one individual request. Nonstop's policy is to use those permissions only for the client-requested capabilities described on our Google Data Access page.
We use Google user data only to provide the requested service, such as finding or creating a requested file, reviewing or scheduling a requested event, working with a requested form, spreadsheet, document, presentation, or message, and returning useful content, links, or status to you. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or share it with unrelated third parties.
How we use information
We use information to set up and support AI employee workflows, communicate with you, prepare requested files or outputs, improve our services, maintain security, and comply with legal or operational obligations.
How we store and protect information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect client information. OAuth tokens and service credentials are stored in secured systems and are not placed in public website files or client-facing documents.
Data sharing
We may share information with service providers when needed to deliver our services, operate systems, or comply with legal requirements. We do not sell personal information for money. Optional sharing with Meta for advertising measurement is described below; some privacy laws may treat this as sharing or a sale for advertising purposes.
Marketing cookies and Meta
With your permission, we use the Meta Pixel to measure visits to our public website and successful qualification-form submissions and to understand and improve our advertising. Meta may receive the page visited, event time, advertising or browser identifiers, and technical information such as your IP address and browser/device information. Meta may associate this activity with your Meta account and use it under its own policies. See Meta's Privacy Policy.
Our Meta integration does not send qualification-form answers, names, email addresses, phone numbers, or connected Google account data. Automatic advanced matching and automatic form-event collection are not enabled by this integration. A Lead event indicates a successfully accepted form; it does not indicate a booked appointment.
Marketing tracking is off until you accept it. Accept and Reject are available in our cookie-choice notice. Use Cookie settings in any page footer to change or withdraw your choice at any time. You can still submit the form and book a call if you reject marketing cookies. We honor Global Privacy Control by keeping marketing tracking off. Withdrawing consent stops future Meta events and removes applicable first-party Meta cookies; it cannot recall information already sent.
We save your cookie choice in your browser for up to 180 days. Meta may set advertising cookies such as _fbp or _fbc after consent. We keep only opaque event identifiers in session storage to prevent repeat Lead events, not your form answers. Our existing Cloudflare Web Analytics remains separate from optional Meta advertising measurement; Cloudflare describes its analytics privacy approach here.
Your choices
You may ask us to update, export, or delete information associated with your client relationship, subject to legal, security, and operational limits. You may also revoke Google access at any time from your Google Account permissions page.
