Why Nonstop asks for Google Workspace access

Nonstop AI Solutions uses Google Workspace access to help clients receive and manage work their AI employee creates or organizes. For example, a client may ask for a draft, checklist, summary, content plan, calendar event with a Google Meet link, form, spreadsheet, or document. The connector can create or update the relevant Google Workspace item and return the useful link or status to the client.

Scopes requested

The connector currently requests the following Google OAuth scopes:

• openid
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.profile
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file — create/manage Drive files created by the app or explicitly opened with the app
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.readonly — read/search Drive files only when requested by the client
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar — create and manage calendar events, including Google Meet links when requested
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/forms.body — create and edit Google Forms when requested
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/forms.responses.readonly — read form responses when requested
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets — create, read, and update Google Sheets when requested
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/documents — create, read, and update Google Docs when requested
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/presentations — create and update Google Slides when requested
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send — send Gmail messages only when explicitly requested
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly — read Gmail message metadata/snippets only when explicitly requested
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.readonly — read YouTube channel/account information when requested

What these scopes allow

These scopes allow the app to perform client-requested Google Workspace work such as creating files, drafting or updating Docs, Sheets, and Slides, creating Forms, checking Form responses, scheduling Calendar events with Meet links, sending requested Gmail messages, reviewing requested Gmail context, and reading requested YouTube channel information. The connector requests read-only Drive access for client-requested file search/review but does not request broad full-Drive write/delete access. Gmail access is limited to explicit client-requested sending and read-only review/search support.

How Google data is used

Google user data is used only to provide client-requested services, such as identifying the connected account, creating requested files, saving outputs, scheduling requested events, creating requested forms/spreadsheets/documents/slides, reading requested form responses, sending requested Gmail messages, reviewing requested Gmail context, reading requested YouTube channel information, and returning useful links or summaries to the client.

What Nonstop does not do

• We do not sell Google user data.
• We do not use Google user data for advertising.
• We do not ask clients for raw Google passwords.
• We do not request Gmail access in the current Workspace connector.
• We do not request full Google Drive access for the current connector.
